Extreme injustice if criminal case is allowed to continue despite settlement between parties: Jammu & Kashmir High Court

Single-judge Justice Sanjay Dhar said that the continuance of criminal proceedings, despite the settlement between petitioner and respondent, will be nothing but an abuse of process of law.
