[INX Media] Delhi High court issues notice on ED's plea against trial court order granting P Chidambaram access to documents

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to former union minister P Chidambaram on a petition by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) challenging a lower court order directing the agency to supply copies of all documents including those not relied upon by ED, in the INX media case to Chidambaram and his son Karti P Chidambaram [Directorate of Enforcement v P Chidambaram and Ors].
