Litigants must abide by Supreme Court order suspending limitation for filings before all Tribunals: NCLT

The National Company Law Tribunal has issued a notice clarifying that with respect to the matters falling under its jurisdiction, all litigants must abide by the Supreme Court order suspending the period of limitation for filings before all Tribunals with effect from March 15.
