Madras High Court directs Kalakshetra Foundation to form policy against sexual harassment, reconstitute ICC

The Court reiterated that the Foundation must not take any adverse action against its students, including those who made complaints of sexual harassment.

The Madras High Court on Wednesday directed the Kalakshetra Foundation to frame a policy against sexual harassment in accordance with the existing laws and guidelines for all the institutions affiliated to it, including all schools and colleges that it manages.
