Madras High Court orders man booked for drunken driving to distribute safe driving pamphlets as condition for bail

The court allow the bail application of the accused and asked him to distribute safe driving pamphlets at the LB Road junction in Chennai everyday for two weeks.

The Madras High Court recently directed a man to distribute pamphlets "against drunken driving" everyday for the next two weeks as a condition for grant of bail in a case arising from drunken driving [Deepan v State].
