The Delhi High Court is hearing the plea filed by L&L's Senior Partner Mohit Saraf against Founding Partner Rajiv Luthra.

The two senior-most partners at L&L Partners have been embroiled in a tussle over the dilution of the firm's equity.

Justice V Kameswar Rao is hearing the matter.

Though the High Court had initially suggested that the parties refer their dispute to mediation, the matter reached back before the Court after mediation talks failed to make any headway.

At the last hearing, Mohit Saraf argued before the Delhi High Court that he was only seeking the restoration of "last uncontested status" at L&L Partners while the dispute is referred to arbitration.
