Mumbai Court summons former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya in defamation complaint by NGO

The Metropolitan Magistrate at Sewree observed that the complaint prima facie revealed that Somaiya had spoken words and tweeted with an intention to get public attention and harm the NGO's reputation.
