New Roster notified for Delhi High Court with effect from January 5, 2021

The Delhi High Court has notified its new roster governing allocation of cases to different benches of the Court..The new roster, which will come into effect from January 5, 2021, brings some fresh changes to the Bench compositions..One major change is that there will only be five Division Bench (DB) instead of seven. .Chief Justice DN Patel will now sit with Justice Jyoti Singh. Justice Prateek Jalan will preside over a single-judge civil Bench. .With the elevation of Justice Hima Kohli, Justice Vipin Sanghi will preside over DB II along with Justice Rekha Palli. .DB III shall comprise Justices Siddharth Mridul and Anup J Bhambhani. .Justices Manmohan and Asha Menon will constitute DB IV, and Justices Rajiv Sahai Endlaw and Sanjeev Narula will constitute DB V. .Apart from Justice Jalan, the other single-judge Benches (Civil jurisdiction) of the High Court shall be presided by Justices Rajiv Shakdher, Nazmi Waziri, Sanjeev Sachdeva, V Kameswar Rao, Prathiba M Singh and Navin Chawla. .Single-judge Benches (Criminal jurisdiction) of the High Court shall be presided by Justices Suresh Kumar Kait, Mukta Gupta, Anu Malhotra, Yogesh Khanna. The new addition to criminal side Bench are Justices Subramonium Prasad and Rajnish Bhatnagar, who earlier sat with Justices Kohli and Sanghi, respectively. .With Justice JR Midha as Judge-in-Charge, the Original side has witnessed some changes.
