No proposal to set up separate High Courts for Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh pending: Law Ministry

The reply to a parliamentary question by P Wilson revealed that a proposal by the Nagaland government to create a separate High Court in that State was before the Home Ministry.

The Union Law Ministry on Thursday revealed that there is no proposal to create separate High Courts for the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram pending with the Central government.
