"The petitioner shall plant ten trees and shall look after those trees for a period of two years. In case he fails to maintain those trees, the SHO would be at liberty to move an appropriate application", the Court said.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has allowed an anticipatory bail plea moved by a person accused of instigating people to pelt stones at police officers on the condition that he plants ten trees and tends them for two years.
