Right-wing activist Kajal Hindustani sent to judicial custody by Gujarat court in hate speech case

Hindustani had on April 1 allegedly delivered a hate speech targeting a particular community, during the Ram Navami celebrations in Una after which there were clashes between two groups.

A court in Gujarat's Una Sunday sent right-wing activist Kajal Hindustani to 14-days judicial custody for her 'hate speech' at a recent Ram Navami event after which the city witnessed clashes between two communities.
