Tihar moves Delhi Court seeking fresh date for hanging Nirbhaya convicts after President rejects mercy plea of Pawan Gupta

Shortly after the President rejected the mercy petition of the fourth convict in the Nirbhaya case, Pawan Gupta, the Tihar Jail Authorities today moved the Additional Sessions Court in Patiala House Court for issuance of a fresh date for execution of death warrant.
