Returning Officer's rejection of nomination papers of TMC candidate Ujjwal Kumar based on "hyper technical" defects: Calcutta High Court

The High Court permitted Kumar to contest the upcoming West Bengal assembly elections from Joypur constituency based on the nomination papers submitted by him.
