Widow of Hindu Indian migrant moves Delhi High Court for repatriation of buried mortal remains of husband from Saudi Arabia

The body was buried in Saudi Arabia due to a mistake committed by the official translator who wrongly mentioned the religion of the deceased as ‘Muslim’ in the death certificate.
