Several media houses had reported that Mahua Moitra was summoned by ED in a FEMA investigation.
Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra has moved the Delhi High Court seeking directions to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to refrain from leaking sensitive and unverified information to media in relation to agency’s investigation against her for alleged violation of Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act, 1999 (FEMA).
