Only Indian citizens are covered by Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act: Karnataka High Court

A person who is not an Indian citizen cannot maintain a petition before the Sub Divisional Magistrate under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act of 2007, the Court held.
