Bail applications listed in the Reserved Lists for being taken up from September 22-25 will be heard from September 24-29..Further, after deliberations, a Full Bench of the Court has resolved to resume regular functioning only after October 9. A notification to this effect was issued on September 16..Till then, the procedure notified on 21 August will have to be complied with, it has been announced..This Notice had continued the operation of a previous order issued on August 2 and introduced guidelines for the working of Subordinate Courts.
