Plea before Bombay High Court challenges law on Maratha Reservation

A petition has been filed before the Bombay High Court challenging the law passed by the Maharashtra legislature granting 10 percent reservation to Maratha community under the Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) category in government jobs and education.
