We have requested the CJI to transfer Judges from the Jaipur Bench or the Jodhpur Bench to alternative Bench within the state so as to display transparent justice delivery mechanism”..He added, “there are nearly 7 out of 22 Judges whose relatives practice before the High Court. Rajasthan High Court is yet to fill up the requisite judges and once this process is completed, we may have several judges whose relatives may be practicing before the High Court. In order to avoid any doubts over the functioning of the judiciary, we have passed this resolution”..On Friday, the Supreme Court refused to remove its remarks that “something is rotten in the Allahabad High Court and the High Court really needs some house cleaning”. The Supreme Court Bench in the case of Raja Khan vs. UP Sunni Central Wakf Board had come down heavily on the Allahabad High Court about several complaints that it received about the Judges.
