Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas hires Anand and Anand Partner Swati Sharma to head IP Practice

After spending almost 17 years at Anand and Anand, Swati Sharma has now left the firm along with her team to join Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner and Head of its Intellectual Property Practice..She will be based out of the firm's Delhi-NCR office..Sharma is a 2007 graduate of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She comes with almost two decades of experience in Intellectual Property, with an expertise in IP transactional & commercial, strategy, and disputes to prosecution.Over the years, she has been involved in prestigious IP re-branding, brand adoption, IP strategy, tie-ups, IP mergers and acquisitions, IP disputes, business setup and commercial transactions involving IP for Fortune 100 clients and has most recently been associated with the Air India re-branding project. .On her joining CAM, Sharma said in a press release,“I am delighted to join CAM to build and scale its IP practice to new heights.
