“You may face Supertech's fate”: Bombay High Court to developer insisting on continuing alleged illegal construction

The comment from the Bench came in light of the recent demolition of the twin towers of Supertech located in Noida carried out on Sunday this week in compliance with a Supreme Court judgment of August 2021.

The Bombay High Court on Tuesday told a Mumbai based real estate developer not to insist on vacating stay on the construction of a residential building allegedly being built on encroached land, lest the building may face a fate similar to that of Supertech twin towers of Noida.
