Call for Papers – Volume 7 of the NLIU Journal of Intellectual Property Law

The National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal is inviting papers for Volume 7 of the NLIU Journal of Intellectual Property Law. The NLIU Journal of Intellectual Property Law, published annually, is run by the students of Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights (CSIPR), guided by faculty and reviewed by a body of peers comprising of Alumni.

Submissions are being invited for original and unpublished written works, which are not simultaneously being considered for publication elsewhere.

Contributions are being invited from those interested across the profession including research scholars, professionals, students and others

There is no assigned theme for the paper. Submissions are allowed as long as they fit within the general mandate of the Journal.

Submissions must be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 300 words. Co-authorship is permissible up to a maximum of two authors.

Submissions can be made adhering to the following categories –

  • Long Articles– 3000 to 6000 words.
  • Short Articles– 2000 to 3000 words.
  • Case Comments– 2000 to 5000 words.
  • Book Review– 1000 to 3000 words.

The word limit is inclusive of footnotes.

The deadline for submission is October 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm.
