This webinar series in association with advocate Roma Bhagat will see the lawyer share key skills to become a litigation lawyer from her 36 years of experience.
The session would focus on the importance of pre trial as the majority of the criminal cases are resolved before the filling of the charge sheet. The speaker being a renowned lawyer would share her own experiences on the importance of Pre-Trial along with the role of Advocates at this juncture.
The session would conclude with an interactive question answer session in which the speaker would look to take up as many questions of the participants as feasible.
