Inttl Advocare (http://www.inttladvocare.com) is looking for Junior Associates/Associates for the firm’s Mumbai office. They are looking for litigating lawyers who have 2-5 years PQE in the field of Intellectual Property.
Candidate Requirements: The candidate should have expert knowledge on IPR esp. Trademark and Copyrights, possess excellent communication and drafting skills and should have been a practicing IPR attorney for at least 2-5 years well versed in drafting, filing, appearing, pleading IPR matters.
Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for closely working with a team of IPR attorneys providing best in class services to the clients of repute. Apart from drafting, filing applications/ notices/ responses / counters / pleadings he will also brief senior counsels and appear where required before the appropriate authorities/ courts.
