Wadhwa Law Chambers is looking to hire an IP Associate for the firm’s IP practice with 0-2 years of work experience. The opening is for its NewDelhi office under Kapil Wadhwa.

Job Description

• Litigation work including drafting of pleadings, research, attending court proceedings, etc.

• IP & Technology Transaction work including drafting agreements, etc.

• IP Prosecution work – Associate would need to conduct research for academic projects occasionally.

Job Qualification & Minimum requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law

• Patent agents preferred. 

Remuneration offered (INR)
