CAM, Rajaram, IndusLaw act on Mosaic Wellness $10 million fund raise

Two venture capitalists have come together to launch Mosaic Wellness, a consumer brands company, which has raised $10 million in its first round.

SAIF Partners, Sequoia Capital and Matrix Partners led the funding round, with participation from prominent angel investors, including CitrusPay cofounder Jitendra Gupta, Cred’s Kunal Shah, Faasos founder Jaydeep Barman, and Sahil Barua of Delhivery, reported ET.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Mosaic Wellness and the team was led by Partner Maheshwari Sundaresh and Sharada Ramachandra.

Rajaram Legal advised Matrix Partners and Sequoia Capital India, led by Partner Priyadarshani Sherchan, along with Senior Associate Nikhil Joseph and Associate Vedanta Chakrabarty.

IndusLaw advised SAIF Partners and the team was led by Partner Pallavi Kanakagiri along with Associate Raghav Muthanna.
