Oyo Hotels & Homes has acquired Fortune Select Metropolitan Jaipur, currently managed by ITC Hotels.

Khaitan & Khaitan led by its Partner Subodh Sadana and Principal Associate Neha Verma advised Emaar on sale of its ITC managed Fortune Hotel.

OYO was advised by Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. led by its Partner Mrinal Kumar and principal associate Rohan Jain and associate Kshitij Arora.

The hotel was sold to Oyo for about Rs 35-40 crore, reported ET.
