Saakshya Law, Desai & Diwanji act on agri-tech startup Clover Ventures $5.5 million fund raise from Omnivore
Clover Ventures Pvt. Ltd, an agri-tech startup has raised $5.5 million (Rs 39.14 crore) from venture capital firm Omnivore.
Existing investors Accel and Mayfield India also participated in the funding round.
Saakshya Law represented Clover and the team included Partner Siddharth Raja and Associates Pranavi Pera and Nitya Jain, Associates.
Desai & Diwanji acted for Omnivore and the team was led by Partners Siddharth Mody.
