ALMT Legal on a Rs. 336 crore acquisition: Lumina Datamatics acquires TNQ Tech

The first tranche of this acquisition is being made at approximately ₹336 crore.

Lumina Datamatics Limited has entered into definitive agreements to acquire TNQ Tech Private Limited via a two stage secondary purchase from the shareholders of TNQ, with the first tranche consideration being approximately ₹336 crore.

ALMT Legal advised Lumina Datamatics on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted was led by Aliff Fazelbhoy (Senior Partner), ably supported by Ahetesham Thaver (Associate Partner), Meherdad Kavarana (Senior Associate) and Faizan Khatri (Associate).
