Lumina Datamatics Limited has entered into definitive agreements to acquire TNQ Tech Private Limited via a two stage secondary purchase from the shareholders of TNQ, with the first tranche consideration being approximately ₹336 crore.

ALMT Legal advised Lumina Datamatics on this acquisition deal.

The transaction team consisted was led by Aliff Fazelbhoy (Senior Partner), ably supported by Ahetesham Thaver (Associate Partner), Meherdad Kavarana (Senior Associate) and Faizan Khatri (Associate).

Earlier this year, the same team at ALMT had advised Datamatics Global Services Limited (Datamatics) on its acquisition of Dextara Digital Private Limited (Dextara), a premier provider of Salesforce services.
