The transaction was structured as a two-step investment, with an initial capital infusion into Okintek India by, inter alios, Ambit Partners, Lighthaven and Okintek Capital LLC, followed by Okintek India's investment in Clinevo Technologies.

ALMT Legal, Bengaluru represented Okintek Capital and Rehan Netarwala on this transaction.

The transaction was led by Sandhya Susanna Bhaskar (Partner), assisted by Rishabh Sureka (Senior Associate), Associates Prakhar Agarwal, Surabhi Srinivasan and Danika Joplin.

Clinevo Technologies is an Indian entity providing cloud-based software solutions for life sciences companies engaged in drug safety, pharmacovigilance and clinical trials.
