ALMT Legal advises Vishal Nirmiti on DRHP filing with SEBI in the lead upto IPO

Bengaluru-based ALMT Legal has advised Vishal Nirmiti Limited on its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed before the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on September 29, 2025, for a proposed initial public offering (IPO).

The ALMT Legal team advising on the transaction was led by Senior Partners Rajat Bopaiah and Souvik Paul Mazumdar, with support from Natasha Ponnappa (Principal Associate), Nikhil Krishna (Associate), Gunjan S. Jain (Associate), Danika A. Joplin (Associate), and Rahul Venugopal (Associate).

Vishal Nirmiti Limited, headquartered in Poondi, Thanjavur, is engaged in civil engineering, manufacturing and construction activities. Its operations include the manufacture of pre-stressed concrete (PSC) sleepers for the railways, pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products for a variety of applications, as well as fabrication and erection of mild steel (MS) pipes, MS line pipes, and penstock pipes for pumped storage projects (PSP).
