Excelsoft Technologies Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹500 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to ₹180 crore and an offer for sale by Promoter Selling Shareholder for ₹320 crore. 

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised and acted for Excelsoft Technologies on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by S.
