ALMT Legal, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Rajani Associates act on Bodycraft ₹120 crore fundraise

Bodycraft Salon Skin and Cosmetology Pvt. Ltd. has raised ₹120 crore from private equity firm Singularity AMC.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Bodycraft and its promoters on the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rajat Bopaiah (Senior Partner), Satish Srinivasan (Senior Partner), Aman Singh Poras (Principal Associate) and Associates Prakhar Agarwal, Adhithyaa Vishal and Priyamvada Suresh.
