SWAMIH Investment Fund, acting through its Fund Manager, SBICAP Ventures Limited, has made a debt investment in Eco Green Buildtech Private Limited.

Amicus - Advocates & Solicitors acted as a legal counsel for SWAMIH Investment Fund.

The transaction team consisted of Madhav Rastogi (Partner), Akriti Gupta (Associate) and Abhilasha Bhatia (Associate).

According to sources, this is the third project in Greater Noida to receive funding by SWAMIH fund
