Anagram advised CVC group in its successful bid to own and operate Gujarat Titans

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) declared Irelia Company Pte. Limited, an investment vehicle of the CVC group, as a successful bidder and awarded the right to own and operate a cricket franchise in Ahmedabad under the Indian Premier League named as Gujarat Titans.

Anagram Partners advised CVC on the deal

The team was led Partner Ankit Mishra, Senior Associate Keegan Pavrey and Associate Averal Sibal.

The deal was valued at approximately US$ 750 million (approx. ₹5,625 crore)

CVC is a British based Private Equity Fund with approx. US$ 111 billion in secured commitments since inception.
