Bajaj Electricals Ltd has demerged its power transmission and distribution business to form Bajel Projects Limited, a ₹12,600 million entity listed on the BSE and NSE.

Anagram Partners advised Bajaj Electricals on this demerger.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Banerjee (Partner), Aditi Tralshawala (Principal Associate), Vidhisha Ambade (Associate) and Anoushka Shetty (Associate).
