Anagram Partners, Trilegal act on investment by Dream11 into Cricbuzz & Willow TV

Dream11 made equity investments in target entities, which hold the CricBuzz and Willow businesses.

Dream Sports, the parent company of fantasy sports major Dream11, has invested $50 million in Times Internet's cricket destination platform Cricbuzz and North American cricket broadcaster Willow TV for a minority stake.

The Transaction involves an equity investment by Dream11 through a combination of primary and secondary in the target entities, which hold the CricBuzz and Willow businesses.

Anagram Partners is acting for Dream Sports on this transaction.

Trilegal is advising Times Internet Limited, the owner of Cricbuzz and Willow TV, on this transaction.
