The wealth management arm of Edelweiss Financial Services now stands rebranded as Nuvama. Edelweiss had, in February this year, got approval of its shareholders to demerge its wealth management services which then underwent a rebranding exercise.

Anand and Anand was involved in the due diligence process and was advising the wealth management arm in this rebranding to Nuvama.

The deal team comprised Safir Anand (Partner) and Twinky Rampal (Partner).

Nuvama has operations in 450 locations, with a strong team of 2,000 plus partners. It offers complete wealth management solutions including investment management and advisory, estate planning, lending against securities, exchange-traded products, equity and debt capital markets, and M&A advisory.
