Varaha ClimateAG Private Limited has raised $45 million from a Series B fundraise led by Westbridge Capital.

Anoma Legal advised Varaha on this fundraise.

TT&A advised lead investor Westbridge Capital on this fundraise.

Founded in 2022, Varaha is a leading developer of high-integrity carbon removal project. The Company provides SaaS-based carbon removal and sustainable agriculture solutions, aiming to support environmental sustainability while benefiting smallholder farmers.

The investment will help Varaha build a global carbon-removal platform from India, combining integrity, scale, and impact.
