Antares Legal advises MakeMyTrip on majority stake acquisition in Flamingo Transworld

MakeMyTrip Limited has acquired a majority stake in Flamingo Transworld, a leading regional tour operator with operations across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.

Antares Legal acted as legal counsel to MakeMyTrip on the transaction, advising on comprehensive legal and title due diligence, structuring, negotiation and drafting of definitive transaction documents, and closing support.

The transaction team was led by Seher Ali (Partner) and Swati Varma (Partner), with support from Sanskar Ajmera (Associate).

The transaction is part of MakeMyTrip’s strategic initiative to bolster its holiday packages business and deepen its presence in regional travel markets.
