Antares Legal has advised four separate entities on hotel management arrangements with Hyatt India Consultancy Private Limited.

The Firm advised the following companies:

Vedantic Homestays LLP for a hotel property located in Igatpuri, Maharashtra.
Kushaarth Infratech Private Limited for a hotel property located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Rachana Hospitality LLP for a hotel property in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
Rajan Rakesh & Bros for a hotel property in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
