The Firm advised the following companies:

  • Vedantic Homestays LLP for a hotel property located in Igatpuri, Maharashtra.

  • Kushaarth Infratech Private Limited for a hotel property located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Rachana Hospitality LLP for a hotel property in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

  • Rajan Rakesh & Bros for a hotel property in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
