Antares Legal assists THB in US$20 million fund raise

THB raised approximately ₹164.4 crores ($20 million) from the round led by Filter Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund.

THB, a healthcare SaaS company, has raised approximately ₹164.4 crores ($20 million) in funding in a growth equity round led by Filter Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund Series I.

Antares Legal represented THB and its founders on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner), Surbhi Kothiala (Principal Associate) and Prerna Raturi (Associate).

The due diligence team consisted of Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner), Surbhi Gupta (Partner) and Devanjali Rastogi (Senior Associate).

According to THB, the funds will be used to expand its operations globally and accelerate growth in existing countries across South Asia, the Middle East, and South-East Asia.
