Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited through its subsidiary Assam Hospitals Limited acquired 64.42% of the equity share capital of Asclepius Hospitals & Health Care Private Limited through primary and secondary investment at a deal value of approximately ₹100 Crores.

Antares Legal and Altum Law acted for Asclepius Hospitals & Health Care Private Limited and its promoters on this transaction.
