Ambuja Neotia Affordable Home Private Limited has made a strategic acquisition of land admeasuring 25 acres in Action Area III, New Town, Kolkata.

AQUILAW advised Ambuja Neotia on this land acquisition. The Firm advised on the legal structuring including stamp duty aspects, review of documentation, and implementation of the transaction. The Firm's scope also included reviewing and finalising the Agreement for Sale, Deed of Conveyance, Deed of Simple Mortgage and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction.
