AQUILAW has advised The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society on the acquisition of a land parcel in B L Saha Road, Kolkata for the expansion of NSHM Knowledge Campus.

This transaction involved AQUILAW conducting an extensive legal due diligence on the title of the property and advising on the legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of the transaction. The Firm's scope also included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the Deed of Conveyance and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction and secure clear and marketable title for The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society.
