Mynvax, a vaccine technology startup, incubated by the Society for Innovation and Development (SID) has raised $4.2 million (₹31 crores) in its Series A funding round led by Accel.

Argus Partners advised Mynvax and the team was led by Partner Vinod Joseph along with Associate Anurag Prasad.

IndusLaw acted for Accel and the team was led by Partner Anindya Ghosh. along with Principal Associate Ashwin Krishnan and Associate Manisha Nayak.
