Mirana Toys has raised ₹57.5 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Arkam Ventures, with participation from Accel, Info Edge, and Riverwalk Holdings.

Argus Partners advised lead investor Arkam Ventures on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Ankit Guha (Partner), Jitendra Soni (Partner), Sadia Akhter (Senior Associate) and, Associates Samia Haider, Srishti Sneha, Harsh Garg.

Mirana Toys is a vertically integrated toy tech startup. The Company plans to use the funds to set up a new factory, including the installation of injection-moulding and die-casting machines, along with in-house packaging lines. In addition, Mirana plans to expand its design and sales teams to accelerate international growth.
