Argus Partners has advised Infinx on the acquisition of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (“RCM”) business of i3 Verticals, including its proprietary technology, for a total consideration of ~$96 million.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Bhalaik (Partner), Jitendra Soni (Partner) and Associates - Samia Haider, Harsh Garg, Abhirami Retheev, Shivam Dubey.

The Firm had previously advised Infinx on the acquisition of MedReceivables Advisor and Glidian, Inc.

It expands the company’s customer base to include academic medical centres and large provider groups, while also bringing on board an experienced team and long-standing client relationships. The acquisition reinforces Infinx’s mission to deliver end-to-end, technology-enabled financial lifecycle solutions for healthcare providers.
