ASG & Partners, IndusLaw, Khaitan act on PagarBook Series A5 fundraise

PagarBook is a leading provider of payroll and attendance management solutions catering to small and medium-sized enterprises.

PagarBook, operated by Gyankaar Technologies Private Limited, has raised ₹25 Crores in its Series A5 funding round, led by Peak XV Partners and Triton Fund.

ASG & Partners acted as legal counsel to PagarBook on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Aniket Gautam (Founding & Managing Partner), with assistance from Smriti Poddar (Counsel) and Siddharth Kurichh (Associate).

The Company will utilise the funds towards expanding its business operations, pursuing potential acquisitions, and enhancing the technological capabilities and operational efficiency of its platform.

PagarBook is a Bengaluru-based company founded in 2018 by Rupesh Kumar Mishra, Adarsh Kumar, and Arya Adarsha Gautam. The company provides HRMS solutions for SMBs, facilitating efficient management of staff attendance, salary processing, payments, and compliance requirements. PagarBook has 417 employees as of March 31, 2025.
