Clicktech Retail Private Limited has secured the Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) approval for a composite combination involving Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited, Appario Retail Private Limited, Clicktech Retail, and Frontizo Business Services Private Limited, amongst others.

The CCI approved the composite combination on July 23, 2024.
